2017 marks an important milestone in the House’s heritage and legacy where the House celebrated 130 years of leather craftsmanship, innovation and imagination.

On August 3rd 2017, The official celebrations kicked off in Singapore and was hosted by Managing Director of Braun Büffel Europe and Fourth Generation Owner, Mrs. Christiane Brunk together with leading Hollywood Actor, Orlando Bloom joining in the festivities.

The celebrations continued in September 2017 with the launch of the Büffel Art Project and Büffel Art Competition in Malaysia

where funds and awareness raised were in benefit of UNICEF and the South-East Asia Primary Learning Metrics (SEA-PLM) Assessment Program.

To round up the milestone celebrations, the Büffel Art Project was also launched in Indonesia where aspiring artists were given an opportunity to

personalize their own Büffel figurines for auction where proceeds go to UNICEF Indonesia.
