What’s the last dish that inspired you?
Isadora Chai’s entire life revolves around refining her palette. When she’s not designing jewellery or playing with her many rottweilers, this chef-restaurateur is out and about, sinking her taste buds into anything that can be seasoned with salt and pepper. So what is good taste? For Isadora, it could be just having tried everything and knowing what sticks.
There are many sides to Chef Isadora. Her restaurant Bistro à Table serves dishes exotic enough to make anyone’s head spin. And you can tell she’s feeling adventurous because she has the look to match. The cherry-red snakeskin print of the KELIS-S is as exotic as it gets. And the deep red suede is as seductive as a glass of merlot. Best of all, the hand-weaved details on the Napa leather bring an air of sophistication fit for any fine-dining restaurant.
But after a long excursion of taste and delights, it’s nice to come back to your roots. Her second restaurant Antara serves Malaysian food with an Isadora twist.
