1. WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP-TO CURRENTLY?
BraunBuffel.com currently ships to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Brunei. However, we have dedicated official websites that serves your region for a seamless shopping experience as below:

2. HOW MUCH WOULD BE THE SHIPPING COST?
Complimentary free shipping is available for selected countries. For other destinations, shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. HOW MANY DAYS DO DELIVERIES USUALLY TAKE?
Purchases from BraunBuffel.com shipping to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Brunei typically take 4-7 business days as orders are shipped from Malaysia. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays and weekends.
4. DO YOU SHIP TO POSTAL BOX ADDRESSES?
We regret that our courier partner company does not deliver orders to postal box addresses.
5. HOW DO I KEEP TRACK ON THE SHIPMENT OF MY ITEMS?
You will find a tracking code in the Shipment Confirmation email, click on the tracking code to check the status of your shipment. Kindly note that tracking data may take up to 24 hours to be updated. All parcels are shipped via DHL Express or Fedex Express.
6. CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES
All orders placed at BraunBuffel.com are shipped from Malaysia. If there’s any customs or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country, these charges shall be borne by the recipient of the parcel.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. ARE THE PRODUCTS SOLD AT BRAUNBUFFEL.COM GENUINE BRAUN BÜFFEL PRODUCTS?
At Braun Büffel, we have an uncompromising commitment to provide you with the highest quality products. When you buy from our official online store, you will receive genuine leather accessories from the brand house, a sterling example of our reputation in dependability and reliability.
2. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange. Please note that all return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To ensure a seamless return or exchange, we kindly request that the product be in pristine, unused condition, with all original packaging,accessories, and any complimentary gifts intact. Simply re-pack the item(s) with the original receipt, and reach out to our dedicated e-Customer Care team at ecustomercare@braunbuffel.com to initiate your request.
For exchanges requiring a balance top-up, a secure payment link or bank transfer option will be provided via email.
3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for any damage. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us at ecustomercare@braunbuffel.com
within fourteen (14) days of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence.
Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and accessories intact. Braun Büffel reserves the right to charge applicable fees or reject refunds if items are incomplete, differ from the original purchase, or are found not to be defective.
4. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM AT A BRAUN BÜFFEL BOUTIQUE OR A BRAUN BÜFFEL COUNTER?
We regret that returns and exchange for online orders placed at BraunBuffel.com are processed centrally at our head office, and will not be accepted at any of our retail outlets.
5. HOW WILL I KNOW WHETHER YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
Once the returned items have been received and verified, we will notify you via email. Refund process may take up to fourteen (14) working days when faulty or incorrect item received.
